Welcome, I’m glad you stopped by!

Ever since I could remember, I have always loved striking black and white photographs. Old and new, they have fascinated me and drawn me to them. This love of photography comes from my roots. My parents spent long hours in their home darkroom creating black and white photos that I treasure to this day. It wove through my high school years as the yearbook editor, and snuck back full-force after I had my kids. Now I spend hours in my own digital darkroom.

Our life does not stand still. We travel through joys and sorrows at lightning speed and rarely have time to stop to savour the moments that make it uniquely ours. I love the fact that photos have the awesome power to momentarily hold life still. In photographing your family, I will reflect your life and memories so that they can gently come back years down the road.

My photography base is in Burlington, Ontario. I focus on documenting families as they move through life stages, from pregnancy to graduation and beyond.

I am a mother, a nurse, and an artist. I see the world in pictures and hope to join your family to hold life still.
